Mexico Hotel Tax of 3% and 16% VAT are additional
DAMAGE DEPOSIT- A refundable damage deposit of $500 may be required and will be refunded within 14 days of departure upon inspection of premises.
RESERVATIONS
50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment. Rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made and the completed rental contract returned.
CHECK-IN TIME is after 4pm local time CHECK OUT TIME is 11 am local time
